Lorenzo Dorigo is an M.Sc. student in Materials and Nanotechnology Engineering, with a specialization in nanomaterials. Currently, his research at Politecnico di Milano is aimed at the synthesis of polymeric nanoparticles able to withhold and deliver melanoma-inhibiting drugs, as well as iron oxide nanoparticles which could possibly be used to generate localized heating in a dual therapy design.
Edoardo Montrasio is a M.Sc. student in Materials and Nanotechnology Engineering, with a specialization in Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology. Currently, his research at Politecnico di Milano is aimed towards the synthesis of fluorinated metal nanoparticles for 19F-MRI and SERS applications
Leonardo Leccioli is an M.Sc. student in Materials and Nanotechnology Engineering, with a specialization in Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology. Currently, his research at Politecnico di Milano is aimed at the synthesis and characterization of Low Dimensional Hybrid Halide Perovskites with halogenated cations with for enhancing long-term stability of perovskite solar cells.
Nadia Mosca is a M.Sc. student in Materials and Nanotechnology Engineering, with a specialization in Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology. Currently, her research at Politecnico di Milano is aimed at the study of pH sensitive molecules that could ease the challenges of fluorescence-guided glioblastoma surgery by improving the assessment of the tumor margins.
Chiara Petolicchio is a M.Sc. student in Materials and Nanotechnology Engineering, with a specialization in Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology. Currently, her research at Politecnico di Milano is aimed at the synthesis of theranostic systems made of a polymeric shell encapsulating superparamagnetic nanoparticles, that could be responsive to application of external magnetic field and that could possibly deliver drug at a specific site.
Claudia Crini is a M.Sc. student in Materials and Nanotechnology Engineering, with a specialization in Nanomaterials and Nanotechnology. Currently, her research at Politecnico di Milano is aimed at the study of halogen-modified peptide nanoparticles which could potentially be used as theranostic tools.
Lorenzo Fumagalli is a M.Sc. student in Biomedical Engineering, with a specialisation in Cells, Tissues and Biotechnologies. Currently, his research at Politecnico di Milano is aimed at the characterisation and functional study of dendrimeric nanovectors for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
