New appointment in Editorial Boards

iucr large Pierangelo Metrangolo has been appointed as Co-editor of the International Union of Crystallography (IUCr) journal Acta Crystallographica B (http://journals.iucr.org/b/). He is also member of the Editorial Board of the Royal Society of Chemistry journal, CrystEngComm (since 2013), and member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the American Chemical Society journal, Crystal Growth and Design (since 2014).

Great success for the first International Symposium on Halogen Bonding

1^st International Symposium on Halogen Bonding (ISXB-1) was held in Porto Cesareo (Lecce, Italy) on 18-22 June 2014. The conference was a great success with 182 participants from 27 different countries.
